  • 4:00-5:00 PM: Small group kickboxing

  • 4:00 - 7:00 PM: Open Gym

  • 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Boxing

  • 6:00 - 7:00 PM: Boxing + Weights

Tuesday:

  • 6:30- 7:30 AM: Strength & Conditioning (Upper body)

  • 8:15-9:15 AM: Strength & Conditioning (Upper body)

  • 12:00-12:50 PM: Strength & Conditioning (Upper body)

  • 4:00 - 7:00 PM: Open Gym

  • 4:30 - 5:30 PM: Youth Girls Boxing

  • 5:30 - 6:30 PM: Boxing + Weights

Wednesday:

  • 6:15- 7:15 AM: Boxing + Weights

  • 7:15- 8:15 AM: Open Gym

  • 8:15 - 9:15 AM: Boxing + Weights

  • 6:00 - 7:00 PM: Boxing (all levels)

Thursday:

  • 6:30- 7:30 AM: Strength & Conditioning

  • 8:15- 9:15 AM: Strength & Conditioning

  • 12:00-1:00 PM: Strength & Conditioning

  • 4:00 - 7:00 PM: Open Gym

  • 4:30 - 5:30 PM: Youth Girls Boxing

  • 5:30 - 6:30 PM: Power & Protect

Friday:

  • 6:15- 7:15 AM: Boxing + Weights

  • 8:15- 9:15 AM: Boxing + Weights

  • 6:30 - 12:00 PM: Open Gym

Saturday:

  • 7:30 - 8:30 AM: Boxing + Weights

  • 8:30 - 11:00 AM: Open Gym

  • 9:00 - 10:00 AM: Open Sparring

  • 10:00 - 11:00 AM: Youth Boxing
