Pack Leader- Donna Gallardo
Donna began her fitness career with a 10 year fighting background in boxing. Following her career in the ring, she took a hiatus to focus on school and family and, a few years later, found herself back in the sport as an instructor. For the last 6 years, Donna worked as a fitness and boxing instructor at different fitness studios in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her passion for fighting and empowering women is why she started SheWolf MKE, which is more than just fitness, it is a lifestyle with the mission to rewire the brain on how you approach boxing and self-defense.

Through my life journey and personal experiences, I have cultivated a love for empowering women and fostering a safe environment for healing, self-discovery, and confidence-building. With six years in the fitness industry and two years dabbling in the world of boxing, I am committed to guiding and motivating you to overcome challenges. I have experience in HIIT, group fitness, CrossFit, boxing and personal training. As your coach, my aim is to educate and inspire you, proving that you are capable of overcoming hard things. My classes feature boxing, endurance training, and strength development. When I’m not boxing, I work in foster care licensing and am building a beautiful baby boy who is due in December. I can’t wait to meet each and every one of you and am honored with the opportunity to be your coach. See you in the ring!
Coach Rachelle
I started my boxing journey back in my home town (years ago) wanting to take on something new for my workout routine. While I found some great places to start at I knew I was looking for something more specific.
When I moved to the Milwaukee area it took another few trial classes at different gyms, as well as working what I already knew into my own workouts before finding what I was looking for; aka meeting Donna. From taking her fitness classes, to 1:1 mitt sessions, to assisting her with self-defense seminars, and now having the honor of working as a SheWolf; boxing has become more than just my workout- it’s my outlet.
Life gets heavy, and my goal as a new coach will be to make sure I help you leave as much as you can at the bag or in the ring each time- in hopes it becomes your outlet too.
Coach Andrea
I started boxing when I was 18. I didn’t know anything about the sport as I just wanted to get a good sweat in. Through a few years on my fitness journey, I met Donna when she trained me for my first boxing match. She reshaped my understanding of boxing and fueled my passion to improve my skills. It wasn’t till I met her that I realized how interconnected the mind and body are in the sport of boxing; how every punch should have intention behind it and having the foresight to defend yourself. Ive been boxing now for almost 5 years. It’s a skill that I am constantly crafting, and a challenge that only leaves me empowered when it’s time to take my wraps off.
As your coach, my goal is to inspire and motivate you to overcome any challenges you face in and out of the gym, and empower you to feel capable of anything you put your mind to.
When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy tending to my garden or visiting your home as a solar panel consultant. Im eager to collaborate with all of you on growing the shewolf pack, and anticipate that we will keep growing a community of women boxers that can overcome any obstacles together.

In the last four years, I’ve focused my training on helping others grow their power through confidence-building skills as a holistic and trauma-informed self defense coach with my personal business, Garden of Serpents. As a part of the SheWolf pack, I am here to guide and support our members and coaches while maintaining our safe training facility by prioritizing care, comfort, and culture.
Coach Mireya
Boxing has always meant so much to me, not just as a sport, but as a powerful means of empowering women. It has given me strength, confidence, and a sense of community that I am passionate about sharing with others. I started boxing at the age of 11, where my early years were dedicated to rigorous training in the boxing gym, honing my skills and discipline. In 2016, I achieved a major milestone by becoming a National Champion, which earned me a spot in the USA boxing team. I am also a 2x Silver Junior Olympic medalist.
As your coach at SheWolf, my goal is to build your resilience and help you reach your goals in and out of the gym!
